01 Philosophy

"Process should serve people. Not the other way around."

I've spent the better part of a decade inside the translation layer — the space where strategy meets execution, where ideas either gain traction or quietly die. What I've learned is that most failure isn't a talent problem or a strategy problem. It's a systems problem. The wrong process slows the right people down.

My approach is rooted in human behaviour and genuine engagement. Delivering authentic value to people — and bringing them along in the process of delivering it — is both the method and the goal. Data and AI are powerful tools, but only in service of that human intent.

Standing up a PMO from scratch — West Pharma

Joined as an intern during a complex SAP S/4 Hana implementation and became the central point for all status reporting, tooling, and communication. Before leaving, trained and mentored three interns who became the foundation of the organisation's technology centre PMO.

Built, led, and optimised two data and analytics teams delivering dashboards into Cerner's HealtheIntent population health platform. This chapter laid the foundations of my data fluency and my approach to high-performing team building.

Led 4 cross-functional teams concurrently while providing strategic oversight across a portfolio of up to 25 content delivery teams.
