I help organisations grow the mindset, reusable frameworks, and teams that are ready to scale — unconstrained by process — so they can build the next big thing. Currently leading delivery at Clarivate, with an eye firmly on what AI makes newly possible.
I've spent the better part of a decade inside the translation layer — the space where strategy meets execution, where ideas either gain traction or quietly die. What I've learned is that most failure isn't a talent problem or a strategy problem. It's a systems problem. The wrong process slows the right people down.
My approach is rooted in human behaviour and genuine engagement. Delivering authentic value to people — and bringing them along in the process of delivering it — is both the method and the goal. Data and AI are powerful tools, but only in service of that human intent.
Optimise process around people. Teams unshackled from bureaucracy move faster and build better.
Agility isn't a framework. It's a culture of continuous learning, honest feedback, and earned trust.
AI should cut the distance from idea to execution — not add more tools to an already noisy stack.
Joined as an intern during a complex SAP S/4 Hana implementation and became the central point for all status reporting, tooling, and communication. Before leaving, trained and mentored three interns who became the foundation of the organisation's technology centre PMO.
Built, led, and optimised two data and analytics teams delivering dashboards into Cerner's HealtheIntent population health platform. This chapter laid the foundations of my data fluency and my approach to high-performing team building.
Led 4 cross-functional teams concurrently while providing strategic oversight across a portfolio of up to 25 content delivery teams. Championed agility, product and customer-centric thinking, and an AI experimentation framework. Promoted to Lead Delivery Manager to guide other DMs in raising the bar.
Actively using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate everything from stakeholder comms to retrospective synthesis and risk narrative generation. AI as a thinking partner, not just a writing tool.
Experimenting with workflow automation to eliminate repetitive delivery overhead — status updates, ticket creation, and reporting loops that consume PM time without creating value.
A platform where anyone can pour in a raw idea — product, project, or vision — and AI augments it into a presentable, pitchable plan. PRDs, flow diagrams, Jira tickets, roadmaps. So that a good idea is never killed by unfamiliarity with process.
Why the best delivery managers I know spend more time removing process than adding it — and what they replace it with.
Follow on LinkedIn →Delivery without strategy is just busyness. Strategy without delivery is just slides. The gap between them is where careers are made.
Follow on LinkedIn →The automation wave is coming for task managers, not strategists. Here's how to be on the right side of that line.
Follow on LinkedIn →People don't want to be managed. They want to be heard, involved, and shown that their input shaped the outcome. That's a different skill entirely.
